| الملخص: | The aims of the research titled Legal Protection Towards Government Employees By
Employment Contract In The Law No. 5 of 2014 on Civilian State Apparatus are to know
legal protection towards Government Employees by Employment Contract in the Law No. 5
of 2014 and to doing legal protection comparison between Law of Civilian State Apparatus
with Law No. 13 of 2003 on Manpower.
This research is a normative research to gain secondary data. Secondary data gained
by library research by way of studied the documents of legal materials. The data analyzed by
qualitative method. The results of the analysis presented descriptively.
After some researches, the writer has gain some results. First, the Law of Civilian
State Apparatus already give legal protection towards Government Employees by
Employment Contract. The legal protection given in terms of safety norms, health norms,
work norms, and compensation as a results of workplace accidents |
