| 總結: | This research is intended to measure the effect of implementation of total
quality management and organization culture on teacher performance in SMA
Negeri 1 Pakem Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
In this research the data was collected by distributing questionnaire on
total quality management, organization culture and teacher performance to all of
the teacher in SMA Negeri 1 Pakem, Sleman as respondents with a total of 37
persons.
The method used in analyzing performance and effect of impementation of
total quality management, organization culture is double linear regression.
The results of this research are as follows: 1). Total quality management,
organization culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on
teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Pakem, Sleman. This is indicated by the
result of F-test with value of 21,055 and probability value of (0,00) which is lower
than 0,05 |
