الملخص:The success of a learning process is inseparable from the role of the teacher. Teacher competency is one of the measures to assess the teacher performance. Competent teachers with good performance will produce good learning output. Teacher competency can be seen from four aspects, which are of pedagogic, personal, professional and social. In this research, the teacher performance determination is assessed by using fuzzy Mamdani method. Students grade and achievement of teachers evaluation were used an input variable. Statistical technique and association rules were used to evaluate teacher. The teacher relationship between competence with its performance. Eighty samples of the students grade and achievement of teachers evaluation combination were collected. The result showed that 76 samples of mathematic teacherâ��s performance were competent base on fuzzy Mamdani method. The correlation of teacher competence with its performance could not be concluded based on the results of statistical tests since it is not showed the significant correlation among the fourth competency. Association analysis using the algorithm apriori that all teachers have a relationship with competence but pedagogical performance.
