總結:Background: Anorectal malformations (ARM) are congenital malformation which often found in pediatric surgery wich occur in 1 every 5000 live births. Constipation is the most frequent sequele found in ARM after surgery. There are several prognostic factors known which correlate with constipation in ARM, such as type of ARM, anoplasty technique, anoplasty dehiscence, sex, age at anoplasty, anal dilatation routinity, colon for colostomy, and colostomy technique. This research held to find the prognostic factors which significantly affect constipation on ARM patients after surgery. Methods: This is an analitic observational reseach, case control study, with nominal data and analyzed by using chi square with confidence interval 95%. P < 0,05 considers significant. The subject of this research is ARM patients (ICD X code Q 42) which had been operate definitely in 1 or 3 stages on Pediatric Surgery Department of RSUP Dr. Sardjito/FK UGM from January 2008 â December 2012. Results: There were 74 patients on this research. Male were dominant with 55,4% of all patients, and 60,8% were operated less than 6 months of age. Most of the patients were high level ARM without fistule (35,1%). Double barrel colostomy were dominant for colostomy (96,4%), and right transverse colostomy were the most frequent colon used for colostomy (40%). Posterior sagittal anorectoplasty was the technique wich most frequently used in this reseach (67,6%). Most of the patients (96,4%) were routinely dilate the anal after anoplasty surgery and most of the patients (85,1%) were not have dehiscence after anoplasty operation. Analysis of the variables found that ARM type (p=0,008
