Practice of field work mapping is a science applications of mapping and one of an obligatory subject at Diploma 3 of Geomatic Engineering in GMU who demand students to active in planning, measuring until map presentation in accord with terms of reference desicion at real work, it makes students have talents, skills, experiences and known instrument procedure operational of mapping production. This map production is realization of map plotting by computer-aided surpac and ArcGIS software as those activities involved in the horisontal control survey, vertical control survey, detil situations, and spot high of filed measurement. Map situation productions 1:500 scale of Sidomulyo Hamlet, Beluk and Banyuripan Village, Bayat Sub-District, Klaten District, Central Java Province is good and comply with terms of reference. This autehentication is proven by linier errors of horizontal control survey are 1:251.843, and the terms of reference are � 1:7.500. Average high different cover errors are -3 mm and the terms of reference are � 13,7236 mm. 100% map examinations is comply with technical specifications. The detail competness is not good because a bit detail measurement in the bund of rice field, because of that it will be preferable if the field measurement as well as possible.
