This thesis discusses the legal protection of creditors over the damaged and / or destruction of fiduciary object under the credit agreement in PD. BPR Bank Purworejo. It is against the background is the Damage and / or destruction of fiduciaryobject under the credit agreement is possible given the risk of what could arise in the future. It is to be anticipated by the bank if this happens concern given the position as a creditor be harmed if this happens. While in Law Number 42 Year 1999 regarding Fiduciaryry Guarantee does not give a clear picture of the protection of the parties associated with damaged and / or destruction of objects fiduciaryry. This study uses an empirical approach to the juridical approach to looking the problem and pay attention to the legal norms applicable Law Number 42 Year 1999 regarding Fiduciaryry or other relevant legal norms, connected with the real problems that occur in practice in PD. BPR Bank Purworejo. Furthermore, the problem is analyzed qualitatively that must collecting and sorting data in accordance with the problem to be studied and then describe it so as to produce a picture that is consistent with the fact that occur in PD. BPR Bank Purworejo. Based on this research, the authors find the answers to solve problems that in practice there is no legal protection against creditors over the damaged and / or destruction of objects in a fiduciaryry credit agreement on PD. BPR Bank Purworedjo with debtors. This is because there isn�t registration fiduciary�s object to the Fiduciaryry Registration Office as required under Law No. 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciaryry. Based on that result of study, that can be solve by the PD. BPR Bank Purworedjo to this problem is to approach family and giving warning letter to the debtor.
