| الملخص: | Criminal offense in Indonesia is growing rapidly along with the development
of technology that can support the action of the thieves. Regarding the crime of theft
stipulated in article 362 of the Criminal Code which states that an act of taking goods
or property belonging to another person with the intent to possess is the act of
