| Summary: | This paper titled �SELL BUY TRANSACTION OF RIGHT OVER LAND THROUGH INHERITANCE PROCESS� was prepared to give explanation on a legal action of sell buy transaction in which its object is a lot of land, the land is obtained from inheritance. Inheritance occurs due to only death, while sell-buy transaction occurs due to agreement of parties. The objective of field working practice is for main requirement to graduate from Program Diploma 3 Hukum Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada. Benefit of the field practice is opener to field experience, obtain more experience, notarial deed build responsibility and professional attitude in doing each work. It is useful for development if knowledge particularly in law field in notary/PPAT field. Inheritance is regulation on the deceased�s wealth and determined who can receive it. Commonly, person having right of obtaining the wealth is his heir or people having blood relation with the deceased. In other side, sell buy transaction over land is process of transferring right over land to other party using money as exchange means. The transaction may be done with any one without considering blood relation between seller and buyer. All legal actions are not separated from land registration process. |
