الملخص: | PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia is a dairy product company that produces dairy
products in Indonesia and is now a part of Royal Friesland Campina residing in the
Netherlands. Labor is one factor that plays an important role in the activities at work
industri. Tenaga be a valuable asset in a company, or often referred to as an
intangible asset, that is wealth that can not be seen in nyata.Tanpa labor, in the
industrial activities are not can run well so that corporate objectives can be achieved.
One measurement is the measurement of productivity in the enterprise
productivity kerja.Salah the measurement of labor productivity can be done by using
the method of OMAX (Obajective Matrix). Therefore do practical work in PT. Frisian
Flag Indonesia in order to determine the extent to which the ratio of the most
influential of the decline in labor productivity will be improved by comparing the
performance during the period, as measured by performance on a period basis.
The research was conducted by measuring the unit, followed by the
establishment of performance measurement matrix. There are four stages of
formation and development of the matrix, such as the selection criteria for
employment, scaling performance, determination of the weight to the interests of the
performance criteria, and the determination of measuring the productivity of the
company. Next is the performance scaling on a matrix of 0 to 10. Was followed by the
