الملخص:Construction of tall buildings in desperate need of auxiliary equipment such as heavy equipment. The use of heavy equipment on construction projects have different types according to their functions and aplications. Therefore, a good management system is required. It is intendend that the pattern of efficiency of time, effort, and care techniques in the machine can work well without the wasteful expense that should not be issued. System management and productivity of heavy equipment includes the selection, procurement, placement tool, method execution of work, productivity, maintenance, and problem related to heavy equipment used in construction Rita Supermall Purwokerto. Based on the observation and analysis can be concluded that the implementation of the machine work that includes excavation and disposal of soil, steel fabrication, formwork and casting (columns, beams, floor plate and core wall) use the heavy equipment on each type of work is optimal because the production capacity already over capacity tool. However, the implementation of the excavating and disposal of soil needs optimized job to pursue the production delay.
