الملخص:When it was established three years ago, Mie Ayam Mas Yudi had only one branch located in Sagan. Throughout the years they have already spread seven branches in Yogyakarta and shortly they will open another branch located in Jakarta. It can be denied that it is Pak Yudiâ��s effort as the owner that the business is now growing fast. The research of my graduating paper aims to describe about the profile of Mie Ayam Mas Yudi, analyze what kind of factors influence the costumers why they taste the products and dig several costumersâ�� opinion and suggestion on its products. This paper also discusses about uniqueness and variants from the noodle product offered by Mie Ayam Mas Yudi with the service provide to their costumers and whether there a strength and weakness from some aspects that could be discovered by them while eating there. The data collection are done by interviewing the owner and 51 costumers, doing direct observation, library and internet information related to this paper are also inserted to this research. For the conclusion, the uniqueness of the mie ayam products offered by Mie Ayam Mas Yudi is that they are different from the other brands of mie ayam according to the costumerâ��s opinions. Then, the costumersâ�� satisfaction toward its services is average based on their comments.
