| 總結: | Introduction: Currently, the health of mothers and children remains a serious
problem. This can be overcome if the baby is getting enough nutrition intake through
breastfeeding exclusively. There has been much research on exclusive breastfeeding,
but there has not been research on the relationship with the perception of the
adequacy of exclusive breastfeeding breast milk. Perception of mother who thinks
that her milk is not enough to meet the needs of the baby, can lead to failure in
exclusive breast feeding. The purpose of this study to determine what factors are
associated with exclusive breastfeeding 0-6 months in Semarang. Methods: This
study uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The total sample of
74 mothers with infants aged 7-8 months. Results: The results showed the proportion
of mothers who exclusively breastfed (0-6 months) in Semarang as much as 45.9%.
Family support was statistically associated with exclusive breastfeeding with p =
