總結: | Thyroid hormones, are triiodothyronine (T3) and tetraiodotironin
(thyroxine, T4 ), are produced by the thyroid gland. This hormone is regulating
gene expression, tissue differentiation and general development for examples
brain development and sex organs. Thyroid Hormon has lipophilic character, are
transported in the circulatory system into various organs. This study aims to
determinated the ratio of T4/T3 in serum and follicular fluid ovary of beef cattle at
large follicle. The blood serum and follicular fluid obtain five the same cattle.
Serum samples were obtained from blood by the jugular vein, while the follicular
fluid collected from follicles more than 5 mm in diameter. All samples were
stored in the freezer before to analysis by Elisa method. Results of using Elisa
showed that the ratio T4/T3 hormone 10.15 in serum, and 5.96 in the follicular
fluid. The conclusion of this study is the value of T4/T3 ratio in blood serum was
higher than follicular fluid, where the value of T4/T3 ratio in follicular fluid is
still in the range of serum values. |
