| الملخص: | This study was aimed to investigate the serum phosporus concentration in adult male and laying Tegal ducks. sixclinically healthy laying ducks and sixadult male ducks were used in this study. Blood samples were collected through brachialis vein. Obtained samples were centrifuged at 8000 rpm for 8 min. Phosporus in serumwas analysed using Ortho Analyze Chemistry â��Synchron CX7â��. t-Test method was used to analyze the mean difference between adult male and laying duck group.
Serum phosporus concentration in adult male duck was at the level of 4.42 ± 0,90 mg/dL, where was in laying ducks on the level 8.63 ± 0.88 mg/dL. Based on the results, itcold be concluded that there is sex related difference in serum phosporus concentration in adult Tegal duck.
