Description
Summary:This research aims to make taste sensor system based computer using Oleic acid (OA), Decyl alcohol (DA), and Trioctylmethyl ammonium chloride (TOMA). Taste sensor system capable to display the measurement result and save the data from the three sensors simultaneously furthermore it can do online monitoring. Taste sensor system implemented on cows pure milk, cows milk powder, and a mixture of cows milk. Taste system sensors patterned characterization of cows pure milk, cows milk powder, and a mixture of cows milk be compared with physically detection. Membrane OA, TOMA, and DA as well as provide a reference voltage to the output of the ion meter or signal conditioning. Signal coming from the sensor array is processed so that it can be processed and forwarded by the microcontroller to the computer. Information received by the computer displayed directly in the form of numbers and stored as a txt file. Taste system sensor uses three membrane lipids (OA, DA, and TOMA) based computers that can measure online. Membrane OA, Toma, and DA each can respond to 5 basic sense, the solution of cows pure milk, cows milk powder, and a mixture of cows milk. Through changes in the potential response of the observations using a multichannel taste system can be characterized and differentiated for patterns of pure cow's milk and cow's milk powder every day as well as a mixture of cow's milk. Keywords: taste sensors, membranes, signal conditioners, cow's milk
