How billing service providers to charge people who use the social insurance system of claim Jamkesmas using the software INA CBGs . In hospitals Wonosari found documents claim that still has not been processed for entry and grouper that are experiencing delays . It is certainly very influential on financing activities and services because no one stable income derived from insurance claims Jamkesmas in Wonosari Regional General Hospital .The purposes of this study are to determine the factors that cause delays Jamkesmas insurance claims and determine the effort of personnel records to be able to resolve delay claims medical treatment. The design of this study used a descriptive method with qualitative approaches and cross-sectional study design . Subjects in this study design is the 2 doctors , 1 nurse , two data entry personnel ( medical records ) and one independent verifier in Wonosari Regional General Hospital . The technique of collecting data through observation , interviews , and documentation studies . The results of this study is that the factors that cause delays in hospitals Jamkesmas Insurance claims Wonosari terms of HR , Hardware / Software and Documents obtained the following results : 1 . HR , involving doctors , nurses , coder / IT and Independent verifiers . Judging from the doctor , the cause is a flurry of doctors serving patients in the diagnosis and thus not written signature . There is no awareness of nurses to file timely returns . The number of workers who are less coder and grouping according to the volume of activity and pengentry incompetence of the data . Well as the number of independent verifier who is also not in accordance with the volume of activity . 2 . Hardware and software , including PCs , printers and software INA CBGs . For PC ever crash but still claiming to support the work of medical treatment. Existing printers can work optimally . Software INA CBGs never happen error but not overly hinder the process of claim medical treatment. 3 . Document claims , ie claims incompleteness and error documents . Efforts are made to personnel records to resolve delay claims JAMKESMAS is to : increase the working hours , hiring data entry , checking and completeness of the document request claims administration , and formed a team JKN . |
