Summary:Applications with a composite structure model of steel beams WF profiles encased with concrete always have met, however, the use of methods other than cross-sectional capacity is also accompanied by an increase in weight of the material. One alternative to deal with is the use of castellated beams modification has advantages in terms of increased moment capacity, as well as to overcome the problems posed in the form of castellated beam such as web buckling and reduction in shear capacity. This study aims to know about shear behavior of castellated beam stiffnessed by angle shapes encased with mortar. The tests carried out on 1 piece beam, castellated beam stiffnessed by angle shapes encased with mortar. Installation of profile stiffener by welding methods. Mix design mortar used is the weight ratio of 1:1.5
