| Summary: | This research aims to analyze the influence of change IHPR, credit interest
rate, income, and exchange rates to credit property demand for medium housing
type in Daerah Isitmewa Yogyakarta Province during of 2004:1 � 2011:4. The
research is using time series data with 32 observation. The model is estimated
using multiple regression OLS and Partial Adjustment Model (PAM) analysis
method.
The result estimation showed that OLS model is the best model to estimate
the factors influencing of credit property demand for medium housing type than
PAM model. The result describes that change IHPR variable and income has
influence on positively to credit property demand for medium housing type.
Credit interest rate and exchange rate does not significantly effect to credit
property demand for medium housing type.
