| Summary: | This research aims to know the equity participation investment of Local
Government of Wonogiri Regency on the establishment of Local Government
Owned Water Utilities (PDAM) Giri Tirta Sari, to know responsibility of
Wonogiri Regency Local Government to PDAM Giri Tirta Sari as the third-party,
and to find out the responsibility of Wonogiri Regency Local Government to
PDAM Giri Tirta Sari.
This study is an empirical law-normative research by reviewing the provision of
the equity participation investment of Local Government of Wonogiri Regency,
and analyzing the implemetation in the equity participation investment of Local
Government of Wonogiri Regency to Local Government Owned Water Utilities
(PDAM) Giri Tirta Sari specifically.
The result of this research shows that the equity participation investment of
Wonogiri Regency Local Government for Local Government Owned Water
Utilities (PDAM) Giri Tirta Sari is separated regional resource ruled in Local
Ordinance about the equity participation investment. It is stated in 1/2011 Local
Ordinance about Substitution of Wonogiri Regency Local Ordinance in 2/2009
dealing with Local Government Owned Water Utilities (PDAM) Giri Tirta Sari of
Wonogiri Regency, the responsibility of Wonogiri Regency Local Government to
the third-party is only as much as the capital invested to Local Government
Owned Water Utilities (PDAM) Giri Tirta Sari and the capital responsibility of
Wonogiri Regency Local Government for Local Government Owned Water
Utilities (PDAM) Giri Tirta Sari based on 1/2011 Local Ordinance about
Substitution of Wonogiri Regency Local Ordinance in 2/2009 dealing with Local
Government Owned Water Utilities (PDAM) Giri Tirta Sari of Wonogiri
Regency, in amount of Rp 30. 000.000.000,- (thirty billion rupiahs) implemented
in 15 years in accordance to the government potency. |
