Summary:This thesis discusses about evaluation of organization performance management system by using Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in Pratama Bantul Tax Office. Management performance system by using BSC for public sector is adapted from BSC concept used by private sector. There are four perspectif used for measuring Pratama Bantul Tax Office organization performance: stakeholders perspective, customers perspective, internal process business perspective, learning and growth perspective. These four perspective are measured by using achievemnet in key performance indicators which are based on organization�s missions and strategic targets. This research using data in year 2009, 2010 and 2011, while organization has used management by BSC since 2010. Performance management using BSC perspectives from 2010 to 2011 always increase and beyond 100% of target for 2010 and 2011.
