الملخص:The purpose of this research is to describe experiences of being a newly graduated nurse under supervision by the mentor. Hermeneutic phenomenology of Martin Heidegger approach was chosen for this research. The volunteers of ten new graduated nurses were participated data collecting were conducted by using in-depth interview, field recording as well as tape transcription Data was analysis by using content analysis of Diekelmann method. Having been examined the newly graduated nurses that supervision by the mentor, there were consisted of four principles as follow: 1. Being a novice as incompetent level of nurses (1.1) not ready to be a professional nurses (1.2) having limited knowledge often making mistakes and being failure of decision making 2. Guess training how a mentor look like (2.1) being stress, anxiety or a failure of not getting along with a mentor (2.2) thinking about how unfriendly as mentor is 3. Remembering everything when working together (3.1) feel good when working with a mentor (3.2) feeling bad when having a mentor 4. Being understood a mentor and finally we got along well. The finding help us to understand lived experiences of being a newly graduated nurses making under supervision of a mentor and nurse exclusive can use the finding as a guideline to support and promote newly graduated nurses to adjust themselves to be potential professional nurses.
