總結: | This qualitative research sets out to understand influential factors to promote engineers’ active use of the Betagro Knowledge Management online platform as well as the process supporting this change and technological adoption. Primary and secondary sources of data were used. Interview from the Betagro KM users revealed that engineers in the Agro-industrial business group believe a continuous Betagro KM campaign communication to make the target users aware of the Betagro KM platform, attractive learning content and delivery, and accessibility are keys to promote more active use of the platform. In terms of change management process, Betagro executives displayed immense support to the Betagro KM dissemination announcement and activities. The company also has a group of change agents to support the change and technological adoption of the Betagro KM platform. Continuous communication and changes made to KM content and mode of delivery will be needed to support a full active use of the platform. |
